Scheme A Manufacturing & Industrial Engineering Graduate Trainee

TQM is a provider of HKIE-MIE's Graduate Scheme "A" Training, working to develop engineers for society. Successful applicants will go through a 2-year training program approved by HKIE and develop their qualities through real-world case practices.

Requirements:

Graduate within 2 years with good honours degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Logistics or Mechanical Engineering (higher degree will be an advantage)
Excellent written and spoken English & Chinese
Dynamic and fast learning
Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated, responsible, able to work independently

Job Descriptions:

Responsible for project planning and handling
Support in a wide range of professional training to clients
Coordinate with various parties to ensure smooth running of projects
On-site consultancy services
Job rotation in different departments
Engage in internal projects assigned by supervisor

The successful candidate will also go through a 2-year comprehensive & practical programme approved by the HKIE, and may become a Chartered Engineer in 4 years.
In 2 years, the candidate is expected to be:

Proficient in project planning and handling
Skilful in time management
Able to in charge of management system projects
Have a remarkable improvement in presentation & communication skill
Have a solid knowledge in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, various Quality Tools, different Management Systems etc

SALES & MARKETING MANAGER

achieving sales target via effective Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programs
initiating various marketing & PR activities to maintain high level of exposure
preparing business presentations and sales proposals

Requirements:

University Graduates / Postgraduates in Marketing, Business Administration,Communication, Translation preferred
4+ years of relevant working experience in advertising field preferred (Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer)
Experience in copywriting & proposal writing a must
Experience in consultancy and training fields preferred
Exposure to the HK consultancy & training market an advantage
Excellent written and spoken English (CET 6 above)
Fluent Cantonese preferred
Proactive, independent, strong project management skills, willing to work under pressure
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint) a must
