Experience Sharing: CRM Brings Us Advantages
The Microsoft (HK) Limited Co. successfully held the "CRM Seminar" in Island Shangri-La on 7th October, 2005. As a Microsoft’s 1st batch of customers, Ir. Dr. Aaron TONG, Managing Director of TQM, was honored to invited and being their keynote speaker to share experiences.


Since the Electronic Commerce has been introduced to traditional enterprises, the clients have become the enterprises' emphasis. The traditional business software, such as MRP, EPR and Accounting System, only deal with the lagging data. After receiving the order, MRP, EPR and Accounting System begin to operate and the connections between the enterprises and the clients begin to set up. However, CRM could handle the business process with potential clients before signing the order, which makes enterprises establish the leading database to get the opportunity earlier. Moreover, CRM could help enterprises to manage salesman activities, and keep close contact between the salesman and supporting personnel that the supporting personnel can assist salesman's job.


After the seminar, Dr. TONG shared the TQM's successful experiences with the participants and demonstrated how CRM emphasize on helping enterprises to satisfy the clients’ request and developing the new market opportunity.


This seminar obtained very positive feedbacks. Participants of this seminar come from the top management staffs in various corporations. They all expressed high comments about the speech, and benefited from the insightful management knowledge.
