It was a great date for Season Components Co., Ltd. achieving successful UL assessment for TS16949:2002. Under the consultancy guideline of TQM CONSULTANTS CO LTD Season Components Co., Ltd. has further establish their supplier role in car parts manufacturing industry.

Recently, Ir. Dr. TONG, managing director of TQM CONSULTANTS CO LTD has made a visit to Season's production line. After a 30 minutes review on the production process, Ir. Dr. TONG immediately point out the critical factors that can further increase the productivity without adding headcount. By applying the LEAN Manufacturing technique, the production engineering team re-designs the process flow and production floor layout. Within 1 week implementation plus 1 week trial-run, the productivity of the car parts manufacturing process by more than 30%.
