The HKSAR Government striving for the best
Recently, the Drainage Services Department (DSD) of the HKSAR Government has engaged TQM in assisting DSD to design and implement the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System (EMS) on top of the Quality Management System (QMS) of the whole Department, at the same time, to ensure effectiveness and efficiency, the two management systems mentioned are intended to form an integrated management system.
At almost the same time, Water Supplies Department (WSD) of the HKSAR Government has also engaged TQM in assisting WSD to establish an integrated Quality Management System (QMS) for the core functions of WSD. Drainage Services Department (DSD) and Water Supplies Department (WSD) are two important departments of the HKSAR Government, contributing to the stability and prosperity of the society.
