Total Quality Management Training-Hong Kong Export Credit Insurance Corporation
Improvement pursuit and personnel training are the belief of Hong Kong Export Credit Insurance Corporation (HKECIC). Few years ago, TQM CONSULTANTS CO. LIMITED (TQM) have assisted HKECIC to establish ISO 9001 and achieved prominent results, but HKECIC never cease their steps towards excellence. They fully realized that it's an inevitable trend to train and use person with ability in Hong Kong as a financial city of the world.
In 2007, HKECIC invited TQM again to provide a training course on Total Quality Management for their staffs. TQM designed and delivered the training course in correspondence with the background of HKECIC, not only explained the basic requirements of management system, but also introduced 6 Sigma, Bench Marking and LEAN 6 Sigma which is the latest idea around the world. Through the whole training, the staffs knew that Hong Kong as a worldwide financial city on how to achieve world-class high quality, and on how to apply the method of LEAN 6 Sigma to gain more fast and better service. |
