Lotus provides forex and remittance services to its clients globally. As to continually improve its service quality, Lotus invited TQM to assist them to design, develop and implement an ISO 9001: 2000 Quality Management System in 2006.

With the cooperation of TQM consultants and the Lotus Team, Lotus achieved ISO 9001:2000 certification earlier in 2007. We are very glad to see that the certification program has equipped Lotus with the skills needed to contribute to the organization's quality management system, and that the team has become more united and passionate in their work. As an emerging major player in the forex and remittance business, Lotus aims to reach the pinnacle of the global chart within five years. We believe that an advanced management system will bring them closer to the target.
