ISO 9001:2008 Upgrade Seminar, Ir. Dr. TONG Present the Highlights
Since the ISO 9001 Quality Management System's Requirements released in 1987, it would be revised for the third time in the coming October 2008. In order to assist the enterprises to better understand the requirements and change of the latest version, a seminar jointly organized by HKSQ and HKSTP at Hong Kong Science Park, Shatin on 1st Aug, 2008. The seminar was supported by TQM, HKQMA and HKIE - MIE.
About 130 delegates attended the seminar. The speakers of the seminar include Ir. Dr. W.K. TONG, Aaron, Mr. W.L. WONG, William and Mr. K. H. LAI, Lotto. Besides an introduction of ISO 9001:2008, the seminar also expatiated on the importance of ISO 27001:2005 Information Security Management System. Ir. Dr. Samson TAM JP was invited in participating in the sharing session after the speech. The number of applicants has exceeded what we expected. Therefore, TQM CONSULTANTS CO.
