Seminar express: Occupational Safety
Safety at workplace is always a concern for both management and employee of a
company, but what are the underlying legal and operational requirements that both
parties should be aware of?
On 25th February 2004 TQM Consultants Co., Ltd. and Huen & Partners Solicitors
have co-organized a seminar on occupational safety which had attracted audiences
from different industries. Mr. Michael Suen from Huen, Mr. Kevin Siu and Mr.
Vincent Cheng from TQM were the speakers of the talk. Mr. Suen first shared
his professional legal knowledge in occupational safety and gave discussion
on cases. Mr. Siu then talked about operational procedures companies should
comply with and Mr. Cheng rounded up the previous legal and operational aspects
with his past project experience. |
