HKTDC -- Exhibition Services Achieved Integrated Management System Certification
The Exhibition Service Department (ESD) of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) is a pioneer in the exhibition service industry in Hong Kong, and the first department of HKTDC to obtain an Integrated Management System comprising ISO 9001 QMS, ISO 14001 EMS and OHSAS 18001 OHSMS. To celebrate such a remarkable achievement, HKTDC organized a Certificate Presentation Ceremony at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre on June 6, 2003 and ESD's clients were invited to join the event. As HKTDC's consulting partner, TQM had the pleasure of witnessing ESD's success in achieving international recognition.
