An excellent system requires well-equipped and committed people. At different stages of their career path and different positions in the company, employees need relevant and tailored trainings to sustain growth both for themselves and the company they work for.

Not only will trainings equipped the people with the necessary skills to operate on the systems, they enhance also their productivity, morale and loyalty. Companies investing in their people on trainings will see reduction in labor mobility and cost of human resources arrangements, enhanced capacity of production, and financial returns.

HOW WE DO IT

Our emphasis on trainings goes hand in hand with our consultancy services. We believe that different companies and people need different trainings. That is why we stress on analysis in the design of training programs, and the variety of trainings to meet clients’ needs.

We specialized in delivering the following three spectrums of trainings, in both public and in-house trainings:

  • System-related training—necessary skills to be transferred to employees for successfully operating the systems, e.g. ISO 9001:2000 Internal Auditor Training.

  • Business improvement training—techniques and skills used for better management, e.g. Use of Poka Yoke.

  • HR Development training—soft skills that facilitate productivity and work performance, e.g. creativity.

In designing a well-suited training program for our clients, we adopt a 4-step approach.



    Analysis—Clients’ information such as culture and practical needs will be collected and analyzed. Training needs of the client will be defined and goals to be set, together with the client. Criteria of training evaluation may also be defined.

    <>Design—According to the results of the analysis, a training program is to be designed.

    Delivery—Trainers will deliver the training courses, who may be TQM Consultants, Training Specialists, or Scholars invited. During the delivery, feedback will be collected, resulting in the modifications of the program.

    Evaluation—Participants’ performance will be assessed and further analysis will be made. Recommendations on further trainings may be provided.

Not only are we transferring knowledge and skills through training, we aim at high impact learning that brings fundamental mindset changes and concrete actions.
