The company is a well-known cosmetics producer in the region. After working hard for over 30 years, it has successfully built up its brand name and has developed its business through China and South-East Asia. It strives for upgrading the level of its factory and products. Therefore, it invited our Consultants to provide gap analysis and prioritization of improvement opportunities. Our Consultants performed in-depth research and visit on the company¡¯s production flow, supply chain system, critical quality procedure etc.
