Manufacturing Management & Technology Institute

To assist our manufacturing clients in implementing Lean Manufacturing, the world’s most productive and flexible approach, TQM works with Mr. Michel Baudin, a Lean expert from MMTI, in close partnership to provide support through trainings, strategic analyses, project support consulting, and benchmarking.

With the objectives to promote a greater awareness of the need for quality in Hong Kong, TQM works with HKSQ in delivering various seminars and trainings on quality such as Six Sigma.

Partnered with HKSQ and SGS HK, TQM offers the first ever ASQ-approved Six Sigma Black Belt in Hong Kong and the Greater China Region. We deliver also Six Sigma Green Belt and Champion trainings.

In delivering most valued career development courses to engineers, TQM and The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE) enter into partnerships in delivering training courses such as Business Process Improvement and Change Management.
