Our LEAN 6-Sigma Training and Project coaching supporteed CPSL in its LEAN 6 Sigma implementation in a 3-year timeframe.  CPSL's team has practised LEAN 6 Sigma in Pilot Projects and accomplished with flying colour, i.e. anuual savings of HK$ 2.7 Million.
