Strategic Management Consultancy for HKSTP’s Incubatees

Project Scope

  • Facilitate incubatees to conduct self-assessment to identify its Strengths-Weaknesses-Opportunities-Strengths (SWOT) 

  • Analyse the current performance, needs and targets of the incubatees

  • Identify improvement opportunities and recommend how to implement improvement

  • Deploy innovation and effective management to improve corporate core competence

  • Organize team-building and improvement tools workshops

Achievements

  • Provided valuable suggestions for improvement in aspects of product development, cost control and management process

  • Helped the incubatees to reduce the time-to-market for new products and re-engineer their business processes, and improve their operation management model, efficiency and core competence in various sub-projects

  • Inspired the leaders and senior management of the incubates, and raised their awareness of the importance of effective operational management and how to deploy it
