The Marketing Store Worldwide (TMSW) is a U.S.-funded customer engagement agency specializing in brand building and promotional gifts distribution for multinational corporations including McDonald’s. 

TMSW invited TQM to provide Act-N-Achieve LEAN consultancy services to its 4 core suppliers to enhance their capability and product quality.

Project Scope

  • Conduct factory capability audits and benchmarking analysis
